These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Its.That. website at itsthat.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SECTION 1 – THE STORE

Its.That. sells apparel and related products. Products are produced and fulfilled on demand by our production partners. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour and print placement can occur between items.

SECTION 2 – ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

SECTION 4 – ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.

SECTION 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, text, and branding on the Site are the property of Its.That. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our written permission.

SECTION 6 – ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

SECTION 7 – SOCIAL MEDIA & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Its.That. publishes content to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook) from its own brand accounts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. How we handle platform data is described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 8 – LIABILITY

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Its.That. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time of your order or use of the Site.
