All Its.That. products are printed to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Each piece is made for you in 2-4 working days, then spends 1-3 working days in transit, so it’s with you in 3-7 working days from your order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on international delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Faulty, Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion, and we cover the cost of any return postage we ask for. You will not usually be required to send the item back.
Your Right to Cancel
As a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, by contacting us. You’ll then need to return the item within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for the cost of returning it, and we may deduct an amount from your refund if the item’s value has been reduced by handling beyond what’s needed to check it. This right sits alongside, and does not replace, your rights for faulty or misprinted items above.
