Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your size, and add the product to your cart. When you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because products are printed to order, we can only make changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via the Contact page and we’ll do our best to help. You also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, see our Refund Policy for details.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption (you’ll see the padlock in your browser). We use WooCommerce Payments and PayPal to process payments securely. We never store your full card details.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are made for you in 2-4 working days, then take 1-3 working days to reach you, so allow 3-7 working days from your order. You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking when your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged £4.99 for standard delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. We’re working on international shipping, follow us on Instagram for updates.
Products
What are your t-shirts made from?
Fabric and print method vary by style, most of the range is a 160gsm recycled polyester jersey, printed using all-over dye sublimation, though some lines use a different fabric. Check the product page for the exact material and finish used for that item.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with chest measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide, as sizes can vary slightly between styles. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
How do I care for my tee?
Care varies by fabric, check the care section on each product page. As a general rule, wash inside-out at 30°C or below, avoid tumble drying, and don’t iron directly over the print.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted?
We’re sorry if that happens! Contact us within 30 days of delivery via the Contact page with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return postage where we need the item back.
Can I return for a different size or if I change my mind?
Because items are custom printed to order, we don’t accept returns for size exchanges or a change of mind. Please use the size guide carefully before ordering. You still have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, see our Refund Policy for how that works. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
