Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your size, and add the product to your cart. When you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because products are printed to order, we can only make changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via the Contact page and we’ll do our best to help.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption (you’ll see the padlock in your browser). We use WooCommerce Payments and PayPal to process transactions — we never store your full card details.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard UK delivery then takes a further 3–5 working days. You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking when your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for standard delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. We’re working on international shipping — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Products
What are your t-shirts made from?
Our t-shirts use 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton — a premium, soft-hand fabric known for its quality and durability. Designs are applied using professional direct-to-garment (DTG) digital printing.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with chest measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide, as sizes can vary slightly between styles. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.
How do I care for my tee?
Wash inside-out at 30°C or below. Avoid tumble drying — line dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the print. Following these care instructions will keep your design vibrant and the fabric in great condition.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if that happens! Contact us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact page with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return for a different size?
Because items are custom printed to order, we can’t accept returns for size exchanges. Please use the size guide carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
