How It Works

Ordering from Its.That. is simple. Here’s what happens from browse to your door:

1. Browse & Choose

Explore our collections: Positivity, Nature, Bootleg, Creativity, and Neurodiverse. Each product page includes a size guide, detailed description, and care instructions. Take your time and find the one that’s you.

2. Add to Cart & Checkout

Select your size, add to cart, and head to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Free delivery is applied automatically when your order is over £50.

3. We Print Your Order

Every Its.That. product is printed to order. Your order is created specifically for you: no stock sitting in a warehouse, no waste. Fabric and print method vary by style, check the product page for the exact spec. Allow 2-4 working days for printing.

4. Dispatched to You

Once printed and quality-checked, your order is dispatched via standard UK delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery takes 1-3 working days from dispatch, so it’s with you in 3-7 working days from your order.

5. Wear It & Share It

When your Its.That. tee arrives, wear it with pride. We’d love to see you in it, tag us on Instagram @its_._that and we might just feature you.
