Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete any personal data Its.That. holds about you — whether from a store order, an account on this site, or any interaction with our social media publishing.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Email hello@itsthat.shop with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address associated with your data. We will confirm receipt, verify the request, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

WHAT WE DELETE

We delete account details, order history contact details, and any marketing preferences we hold for you. We may need to retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, tax records for completed orders); anything retained is kept only as long as legally necessary.

PLATFORM CONNECTIONS

Our social media publishing tool only accesses data for Its.That.’s own brand accounts and does not collect data about other platform users, so there is normally no third-party user data to delete. If you believe we hold platform data relating to you, contact the email above and we will investigate and delete it.
