All Its.That. products are printed to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow 2–3 working days for printing before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time — sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates on international delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply change your mind about a product. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.
