1How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. Orders are printed on demand and typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of ordering. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.
Some items (such as Jackets, Hoodies, Coats, Joggers & Bottoms) are shipped from abroad. Some items from the US, some from China. As we can't stock or have these items sent from UK stock/warehouses, they will have their own shipping times. Though usually they will be 7 days, please allow a little longer for these items.
Please get in touch if anything takes too long!

2Do you offer free delivery?
Yep! We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged at £3.99 for standard delivery.
3Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with an incorrect design, we'll replace it or refund you in full — just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
4What sizes do you offer?
Our t-shirts are available in most sizes - typically XS-S through to 2XL-3XL, depending on the style.
For other products, the sizes available are listed in the description & the product page. Again, typically S-2XL on most everything.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest measurements — we recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly by style.

5How do I wash my Its.That. tee?
For best results:
- Wash inside-out at 30°C or below (40°C max if you need to remove stains).
- Avoid tumble drying if possible - line dry instead.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
Following these steps will keep your design looking its best for longer.

We consider custom and collaboration requests on a case-by-case basis, we need to say this as it may not always be possible or deliverable. Though we're willing to see what we can do :)

8Are all of the modelling shots your own?
Technically, no. We suppose it's a grey area.
Full disclosure, the majority of the pictures we use for our product lines are the results of utilising Image Generation models such as Qwen-Image-Edit, Z-Image-Turbo & Flux.
While that means they're not exactly 'photoshoots', it does mean that they are our own images & original content.
We believe this technology, especially for small-scale independents like ourselves, is invaluable to getting an idea to market quick & at low cost. We're huge advocates for AI, Generative Models & Technological Advancements.
We're hoping to publish some articles on these topics - so please check out the blog!
